He completed his MBBS from Government Medical College in Kannur, Kerala, India, and his Masters (DNB) from the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India. He is a DHA eligibility letter bearer. He actively participates in numerous national and international conferences and has works published in national and international journals. He holds a fellowship in advanced trauma life support.
