Dr. Tahmina S., is a senior specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital. She has over 13 years of experience in the speciality.

She is qualified from very prestigious medical institutions in India, MBBS from Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, M.S. (Obstetrics and Gynaecology) from Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi and DNB from the National Board of Examinations, Delhi. After her post graduation, she went on to doa Diploma in Advanced Gynecologic Endoscopy (laparoscopy and hysteroscopy) from Kiel School Germany and advanced ultrasonography and Reproductive Medicine courses.

She has completed her MRCOG and also holds Diplomas in ART and Reproductive Medicine and in Urogynecology from the Kiel School Germany.

Dr. Tahmina haskeen interest in Medical Education, being a teaching faculty for MBBS and MS students in Pondicherry University for over 7 years and worked as aProfessor and Head of the Obstetrics and Gynecology department for 3 years in a medical college of TNMGR University before moving to Oman. She has presented multiple papers and posters in National and international conferences and won prizes for the same. She has published several papers in International journals and has authored a chapter for a Obstetrics and Gynecology clinical textbook also.

She has special interest in laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, and infertility. She has vast experience in managing Obstetric emergencies and high risk pregnancies and performing laparoscopic hysterectomies and other Gynecologic procedures.
